Put shrimps or meat or mushrooms with tofu cheese along with garlic-sesame oil in a hot frying pan (preferably using a wok pan).
Add thinly sliced fresh chili peppers (adjusting the spiciness of your dish).
Fry for no more than 1 minute. Add chopped onions and carrots, continue to fry over high heat for another 2 minutes.
Pour the prepared sauce into the pan and add the noodles or rice.
Place in a plate and sprinkle with chopped green onions.
